Ten years as a critical care nurse brought Sarah to the realization that many health and disease issues are preventable, and that the best health care is something you must do for yourself. This realization became a driving force in co-founding of Nova Strength & Conditioning. Sarah’s goal is to teach and guide others into a life of good health, achieved through smart choices and functional fitness.
Sarah strongly believes that at any age it is vitally important to care for yourself to maintain a high quality of life and comfortably perform activities of daily living. When not nursing, Sarah is an Olympic-style weight lifting coach and a CrossFit trainer. Sarah played collegiate volleyball, women’s club rugby, is both a team and individual CrossFit games competitor and international masters Olympic Weight lifter.
