How it works.

The only way to begin your training here at NOVA Crossfit is with an Introductory session. These are by appointment only – just give us one hour of your time and we’ll take the fear and unknown out of CrossFit. During this one-on-one intro session, you’ll meet with a highly trained certified CrossFit coach to:

  • Discuss your goals, expectations and fitness experience
  • Identify the obstacles getting in your way
  • Learn how CrossFit works — and how it can work for you
  • See how we make CrossFit approachable for everyone
  • Answer your questions and address your concerns
  • Give you a tour of our facility and equipment
  • Complete a fun CrossFit workout scaled to your level
  • Go over our flexible membership plans to find one that fits you

Together, we’ll make sure NOVA CrossFit is the right fit for you and your goals, and get you off to a strong start on your journey to fitness.
