Monday – 11/23/2015

  • Power Clean, Push Jerk, Back Jerk Complex – Work up to 1CM
  • Then, 1 complex on the minute at 85% 1CM, for 10 total complexes
  • Box Jumps – 6 sets of 5 reps on the minute, attempting an increase in height each set.
  • Pistol Progressions – ~20 minutes.
  • Tuesday – 11/24/2015

  • Back Squat – 8RM, then 1RM Low Box Squat
  • Bench Press – 8RM, then 1RM, then rep test at 70% 1RM
  • Ab Rollouts (against wall from feet) – 3 sets of 5 reps
  • Friday – 11/27/2015

  • Overhead Squat – 8RM, then 1RM
  • Dead Start Zercher Squat – 5RM
  • Incline Bench Press – 3 sets of 8 reps
  • Saturday – 11/6/2015

  • Sandbag load – Work up to 1RM at 30″
  • Conditioning – “Sandbagging”
  • 3 Rounds for Time:
  • 5 x 70% 1RM Sandbag Load to 30″
  • 5 x 45 lb Sandbag Slam
  • 40 foot down and back 100 lb Punching Bag Carry
