  • Single Arm Axle Power Snatch to Side Press Complex- 1RM. Weak side limited.
  • Axle Torque Curl – 1RM. Weak side limited.
  • Tuesday – 11/3/2015

  • Group A
  • Lecture – Intermediate/Advanced periodisation and notation. – ~15 minutes.
  • Farmers – Hold for 5 seconds then walk 40 feet. Work up to heaviest weight possible. 90 seconds rest between heavy attempts.

  • Clean and Jerk Technique with Tom
